Provo Blades Payment Policies
- All players are responsible for paying their team fees online via paypal. This will allow you to pay either from your bank account, credit card, or through a paypal account balance.
- Payments must be made on or before each due date or the player will not be permitted to play at the next practice or game.
- Any payment that is made AFTER the due date will be charged a $5 late fee. You will receive an email invoice as a reminder if you have not paid by the due date.
